We offer free shipping on all orders! We can deliver to all PO Boxes.
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to customers in Australia, Canada or USA within 12 business hours after the order is placed. Depending on the national post office from the country which processes the orders it may take an additional 2 – 4 days.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination within USA, Canada and Australia but can take longer from time to time. Our longer shipping times mean that your products are made to order in order to reduce waste in our world and allow us to keep our prices lower than brand name competitors. For all other countries, international delivery usually takes about 10 – 20 business days.
We deliver Australia, USA and Canada wide and we normally have special discounts or even free delivery within these countries. But we also have a worldwide shipping options available. Normally for orders over USD $100 worldwide shipping is free!
We strive to pass on the best possible pricing to our valued customers. Because of this, many of our products are made to order and some of our products will arrive from different warehouses. Please wait a little longer, the rest of your shipment will arrive soon.

If you would like to make some changes or cancel your order please email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can make those changes for you. Once your order has been placed, we have a small window of 2-6 hours that we are able to make any changes on it for you. Once we have processed your order and it’s been picked up by a courier we are unable to make any changes to it.

Prices on joynwell.com are in Australian dollars ($AUD), American dollars ($USD), and Canadian dollars ($CAD). The prices should be automatically shown in the country you are based on your geolocation. But you can also switch currency manually in the top right corner of the page.
Depending on the buyer’s location there may be import duties and or taxes imposed by your government, especially if you live outside of the USA, Canada and Australia. JoYnWell is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.
However if the product is sold in Australia, Canada & USa the Taxes already included in price. You will pay the price you see.
Your order confirmation email acts as your tax invoice for tax returns and other official purposes. Your email includes the prices of our products, our ABN and the fact that it can be used as a tax invoice on the ‘statement’ page. Please contact us of you have any further questions and we will be able to help you.
Returns & Exchanges
This return policy applies to JoYnWell products purchased from online JoYnWell stores located in Australia, Canada & USA. We do not accept the return of products if you simply changed your mind.
We always strive to do all we can to make sure our customers are happy with our products. In the event you would like to make a return, however, please note our return policy:
– You have 10 days to request a refund, exchange or store credit from the time your item(s) arrive
– A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved refunds
– Refunds are only approved if the item does not match the description on our website or arrives defective.
– Please email us at email@example.com for shipping instructions
– You may be responsible for shipping costs for the refund or exchange.
All of our items are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. If, however, your items arrive damaged in transit please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can start investigating in a timely manner.
– You have 10 days from the to request a refund if your item(s) arrive defective
– JoYnWell will not be liable for any damaged items that have been used or if the damage is noticed past the 10-day mark.
For our products, we normally use biodegradable 100% cornstarch packages but sometimes depending on supplier we may pack our product in a standard polybag. In terms of the shipping package, your order may arrive in any carton box depending on the type of shipping carrier we use for your location.
JoYnWell guarantees the JoYnWell Extra Large Yoga Mat Bags to last for years if used and cared for properly. The lifetime of the yoga bag is approximately five years of active use when loved and cared for. We will replace the product if a yoga bag wears out past its useful life from regular use under normal conditions within the first three months.
Wash in machine with Coldwater on the Gentle cycle only; otherwise, wear or damage to fabric is not covered. We recommend Hang Drying or Steam Iron to avoid wrinkles.
Cosmetic wear or damage resulting from improper handling or care, post-purchase modifications, alterations, negligence, and use for a purpose other than its design are not covered by the JoYnWell Guarantee. Also, please remember that all warranties and lifetime guarantees are voided if any products are purchased from unauthorized resellers other than JoYnWell or Amazon.com. We can also not provide warranties for any items purchased through 3rd party online stores.
